11:30 AM: Reception, with cash bar
Noon: Sit-down lunch
Menu: Your choice of one of three entrees, selected at the dining table - Rigatoni Vodka, with Mascarpone Cheese and Shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano; Chicken Piccata, with Capers, Lemon, and Fresh Herbs; or Mustard Maple Glazed Salmon. Served with mixed baby greens and vegetables, bakery rolls, roasted market vegetables, Yukon gold potatoes, Tiramisu dessert, coffee, and hot tea.
