ClassGraphic This study group is for long time fans of The New Yorker as well as newcomers!  Each session will examine the contents of the current issue and then explore a previously assigned article in depth. A volunteer discussion leader who has chosen the article leads the discussion. Conversations are lively. Everyone is expected to lead a discussion once a semester. Participants will be encouraged to become “watchers” who briefly discuss cartoons, movie reviews, covers, or some other aspect of the current issue. A subscription or access to the magazine is necessary. Some discussion preparation may involve Internet searches.
