ClassGraphic 2nd Annual Event!

Northwestern students and OLLI members will come together to share 5-minute, true, spoken-word stories. Sharing these stories can inspire others, as well as demonstrate the power of storytelling. This year we will take our inspiration from the One Book selection The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood. We'll explore and share stories based on themes in the novel such as power, resistance, adaptation, freedom, and women's rights. Come to share a story or come to listen and be inspired.

Reception with light refreshments to follow the event. This event is free and open to all OLLI members and their guests.

This event is part of the One Book One Northwestern (aka: One Book and OBON) celebration. One Book is a campus-wide reading program held at Northwestern University every year. In addition to campus-wide events, OLLI expands and supplements the program with events open to all OLLI members.
